2. Data we collect

We collect the data you provide directly, when you request a booking or contact us:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address (if you fill it in)
• Date, time and type of session requested (paintball, airsoft, birthday, team building etc.)
• Any message or additional detail you choose to send us in the form

We do not collect sensitive data (medical, biometric, financial) through the site. If you browse the site with analytics tools enabled, we also collect standard technical data (device type, pages visited) — detailed in section 7.

3. Purpose of processing

• Managing and confirming bookings on our fields
• Communicating with you about your booked session (confirmations, changes, reminders)
• Responding to questions submitted through the contact form
• Improving the site, based on usage data (only with your consent — see section 7)

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out based on your consent, explicitly given when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, for confirmed bookings, for the performance of a contractual arrangement regarding our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Data retention period

Contact and booking data is kept for the duration of our relationship with you and afterward for a maximum of 3 years from the last interaction (session played or message exchanged), so that we can respond to any requests related to a previous booking. After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing

7. Cookies and traffic analytics

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for it to function (e.g. remembering your cookie preference).
