1 · Briefing & goals
Tell us your team size, department/profile (technical, sales, mixed) and goal (icebreaker, leadership, reward). We recommend the right scenarios and activities.
2 · Event day
Arrival, safety briefing (15 min), paintball/airsoft plus the chosen activities (Squid Game, Tug of War, Archery, Sack Race), Food & Bar break, facilitated debrief at the end.
3 · Follow-up & report
On request — a short report with observations about team dynamics, included in the final quote for events with a facilitator.
