1. Who we are

PRO PBH SRL (CUI 37274404, Reg. No. J2017001231236), operator of Paintball Hunter, with its place of business in Strada Speranței, Dudu, Chiajna, Ilfov. Contact: 0738 597 086, [email protected]. These terms apply to any booking made through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email.

2. Booking

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive explicit confirmation from us (WhatsApp, phone or email), with the agreed date, time and number of participants. The minimum number of participants varies by package (see each package/segment page) — below this minimum, a booking may only be made with our prior agreement, possibly with a price adjustment.

3. Payment

Standard payment is made on-site, before entering the field (cash or card, depending on availability). For groups of over 25 people or corporate events, we may request a deposit to confirm the booking — the amount and terms are set explicitly at confirmation.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Free cancellation if you notify us at least 24 hours before the session.
• Rescheduling is possible at any time, subject to field availability, at no extra cost.
• Cancellations with less than 24h notice, or no-shows, may result in the loss of any deposit paid.
• In case of dangerous weather conditions (storm, extreme wind), the session is rescheduled free of charge, at our initiative or yours.

5. Right of withdrawal (Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014)

Our services consist of leisure activities provided on a specific date or within a specific period (the booked session). Under Art. 16(l) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, this type of service is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to other distance contracts. The cancellation policy in section 4 remains in effect and flexibly covers changes of plan.

6. Participation and safety rules

• Participation requires following the safety briefing (mandatory on arrival) and the instructions of the referee on the field.
• The protective mask is mandatory across the entire play area, with no exceptions.
• Minimum age: 8 on the KIDS field (with an adult present), 14 for airsoft with the written consent of a legal guardian, 18 independently.
• We reserve the right to stop the participation of anyone under the influence of alcohol or substances that affect their ability to follow the safety rules.
• Equipment (masks, overalls, markers) remains the property of PRO PBH SRL and must be used according to the instructions given at the briefing.

7. Liability

Paintball and airsoft are contact sports with an inherent risk of impact (minor bruising is possible, especially without full gear). Participation is voluntary and implies acceptance of this risk, provided the safety rules communicated at the briefing are followed. PRO PBH SRL provides compliant protective gear and continuous supervision through an instructor and referee for the entire session.

8. Processing of personal data

Data submitted when booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

For any disagreement, we encourage you to contact us directly — we respond quickly and usually resolve the situation amicably.

If we don't reach a solution, you have the right to use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) procedure in Romania: file a complaint directly with the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), through the platform reclamatiisal.anpc.ro, by phone at 021 9551, or at their office at Bd. Aviatorilor nr. 72, sector 1, Bucharest — anpc.ro.

If you are from another EU member state, the list of national alternative dispute resolution bodies is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu (the former EU ODR platform was discontinued as of July 20, 2025).
